USCIS Is Updating the Filing Fees

As announced in the late 2019, the USCIS had proposed fee changes. The new fees have now been released and the deadline for old fees has been set for October 2, 2020.

For the price comparison, you can check the table we have prepared below. For the detailed overview, please visit the official Federal Register page here.

Any application, petition, or request postmarked after or on the October 2, 2020 must include payment of the new, correct fees established by this final rule.

VisaHelp and the USCIS Filing Fee Updates

VisaHelp have set our deadline for September 5, 2020. If you wish to file under the old fees using our legal guidance and help from attorneys and paralegals, we must receive your documents in ready-to-file conditions no later than September 5, 2020. Any petitions received after this deadline that do not have the correct fees will be delayed.

Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions before moving forward.
